Her interest in oncology developed from a breast cancer research project and a radiation oncology rotation during her medical training. Breast cancer as a special interest started in medical school.
She admires the strength and determination of those in her care. It is one of the most rewarding parts of her practice. Her approach to care is evidence based, and education focused. Dr. Harris-Henderson strives to create a partnership with each person to help them navigate the oncology journey.
