As we approach the end of another year of great progress and promise in cancer care, I am as hopeful and optimistic as ever. The rapid pace of new breakthroughs continues while our ability to deliver high quality care in communities across Texas is expanding and improving with new facilities and innovations in treatment such as genetics- and data-informed precision medicine.
I am especially grateful to our physicians, nurses, other clinicians, and administrative staff whose dedication and commitment define Texas Oncology. Our community-based care model, with locations across the state, is itself an enduring innovation in cancer care that is brought to life by the countless daily actions of the more 7,000 people on our team. We strive to ensure consistency, high quality, and overall excellence in patient experience no matter where you receive care from us. This is the most important and unifying priority for our geographically dispersed team.
