Education
Dr. Jordan received her Bachelor of Science in chemistry, Magna Cum Laude, at Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas, in 1991, where she was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon National Chemistry Honor Society. She received her medical degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 1996. Dr. Jordan completed her internship and residency in internal medicine and her medical oncology fellowship at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. Dr. Jordan has authored and co-authored many articles in peer reviewed journals.
Accolades & Memberships
Dr. Jordan is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Society of Hematology, American Board of Internal Medicine, American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, the Texas Society of Medical Oncology and the Tarrant County Medical Society. In 1993, Dr. Jordan was presented the Student Award for Excellence in Research by the Galveston Chapter of the Society for Neurosciences. Dr. Jordan was named a "Top Doc" by Fort Worth, Texas magazine in 2011.
