Blood and Marrow Transplant in Dallas

Texas Oncology provides blood and marrow transplant treatments in the Dallas area offering new options for patients with diseases once thought incurable. Blood and marrow transplant (BMT) is commonly used for patients diagnosed with leukemia, aplastic anemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, immune deficiency disorders, and some solid tumors.

Locations

Texas Oncology has two main locations where patients can receive blood and marrow transplant treatments in Dallas:

Texas Oncology-Baylor Charles A. Sammons Cancer Center Blood & Marrow Program has performed more than 5,000 transplants since the program’s inception in 1983. The program is accredited by the Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (F.A.C.T.), placing it among an elite group of BMT centers nationwide.

Texas Oncology-Medical City Dallas Blood & Marrow Transplant and Texas Oncology-Medical City Dallas Pediatric Hematology-Oncology are accredited as a combined program for both adult and pediatric patients by the Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (F.A.C.T.) and American Association of Blood Banks (A.A.B.B.). This center also is designated by Be the Match as a transplant center and collection.
