To protect the safety of our patients and staff, all patients and visitors are screened as they enter our clinics.
- Temperatures are taken.
- A series of screening questions are asked, including:
- In the past 14 days, have you had any of the following symptoms that cannot be attributed to another health condition?
- Cough
- Sore Throat
- Fever Greater Than 99.5 Degrees
- Shortness of Breath
- Chills
- Body Aches
- Headache
- Loss of Taste/Smell
- Nausea, Vomiting, or Diarrhea
- Have you traveled outside your community within the past 14 days?
- Have you been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 14 days?
- Have you or anyone in your household been tested for the COVID-19 virus?
- Have you received the COVID-19 vaccine?
- Hand sanitizer is distributed.
If a patient or visitor presents as high-risk in the screening process, a healthcare provider will talk with them about next steps.
