Carlos Taboada, M.D.

Carlos Taboada, M.D., is board certified in internal medicine and medical oncology. Dr. Taboada served as chair of cancer committees in various hospitals and has been a leader of the medical staff of Medical City Plano. Dr. Taboada has also been one of the leaders in participating in breast and thoracic cancer clinical trials at Texas Oncology. Dr. Taboada has served as chair of the cancer program at Medial City Plano from 2015 to present. He also served as chief of hematology-oncology and chair of a cancer committee at Methodist Dallas Medical Center from 2010-2013. In addition, he has been a principal investigator on several research trials for Texas Oncology. He serves on the thoracic and breast cancer research committees.
