10/14/2019 - Jennifer Sasaki, M.D., M.S., surgical oncologist at Texas Breast Specialists–Houston Fannin, and patient Megan Lee, discussed the importance of women being proactive and educated about breast health. When Megan found a lump in her breast during a self-exam last fall, she took a proactive approach and sought testing despite statistics she was too young to have breast cancer. Megan is grateful Dr. Sasaki spent a lot of time explaining her treatment options, and feels the conversations gave her more power and input in her cancer journey.
