Robert L. Coleman, M.D., FACOG, FACS

Robert L. Coleman, M.D., FACOG, FACS, is board certified in gynecologic oncology and obstetrics and gynecology. In medical school, Dr. Coleman enjoyed just about every clinical rotation. When it came time to rank specialties, he was conflicted. Ultimately, he chose obstetrics/gynecology as it was a mix of surgery and medicine and covered a variety of academic and clinical situations. His rotations in oncology during his residency provided clarity for a specialty. Gynecologic oncology turned out to be a seamless blend of science, surgery, medicine, and holistic patient care.

Dr. Coleman has been blessed to be mentored by giants in the field. He found a home to advance the state of science through collaborative pre-clinical and clinical trial efforts. He also witnesses the impact this exploration has directly on patients and their families.
