Dr. LaFargue is a highly trained specialist with additional medical education in surgery, chemotherapy and radiation for the treatment of cervical, endometrial or uterine, ovarian, vulvar, and vaginal cancers.

Research Interest

Dr. LaFargue has authored and co-authored numerous articles in peer reviewed journals. In addition to providing excellent clinical care, he continues to pursue his research interests which include the surgical and medical management of ovarian cancer, as well as the importance of clinical trials in gynecologic malignancies.

Dr. LaFargue is actively involved in the most current phase I through phase III clinical trials through the US Oncology research network.

Dr. LaFargue provides cancer care with an emphasis on excellence, compassion, and understanding. He believes in working closely with the patient and the referring physician in order to provide quality care through a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach. He is married with three children and enjoys playing guitar and attending live music shows.
