Dr. Koonsman received his medical degree in 1988 from the Texas Tech University School of Medicine in Lubbock, TX. He completed his internship and residency at Methodist Hospitals of Dallas. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX in 1984.
