We welcome patients who have had treatment at Texas Oncology(chemotherapy, radiation therapy, surgery, or immunotherapy). This group is not to offer medical advice. The group is facilitated by a registered dietitian. Physicians will not be in attendance.
- I understand that this program will be offered virtually to patients at Texas Oncology. An understanding of confidentiality between nutrition education class participants will be established, but any information that is shared within the group has been made public information within that group and Texas Oncology cannot guarantee the privacy or confidentiality of any disclosures.
- I understand that participation in the nutrition education classes is available via online video or audio only. Inorder to participate with video function, participants will need access to a computer/device that has a camera,microphone, and internet access.
- I understand that space in each nutrition education class is limited and registration is required.
- I understand that a Texas Oncology dietitian will contact me by phone or secure email to gather additionalinformation and provide me with the login information for the online platform.
- I understand that Texas Oncology’s online registration tool will store my name, email, and phone numbersecurely.
Central and South Texas Virtual Nutrition Education Classes
Texas Oncology is proud to announce virtual nutrition education classes are available for our patients being treated in our Central and South regions. Our classes include healthy eating tips, survivorship guidelines, and frequently asked questions. These classes will be led by our registered dietitian, Nicole Hodac, MS, RDN, CSO, LD.
Participation in these groups is completely voluntary and there is no cost for the program, but registration is required. Please register for each class you plan to attend using the form on this page and a dietitian will contact you with more information about your nutrition education class.
