Research Interest

Dr. Ghisoli has special clinical interest in solid tumors (sarcomas of the bone and muscle), leukemia and lymphomas and hematologic disorders including coagulopathies, thrombophilia, sickle cell disease, and other hereditary red blood cell disorders.

Dr. Ghisoli has committed his professional career to providing high quality and compassionate care to children and adolescents with cancer and other hematologic disorders. His main research has focused on testing new therapies for leukemia. Dr. Ghisoli is fluent in Spanish and Italian.
