Dr. Scruggs graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of Mississippi with a BA in physics in 1998. He received his M.D. and completed an internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 2003. He completed his Radiation Oncology Residency training at The Ohio State University in 2007.
