Why a patient should choose treatment at your practice?
We strive to provide excellent cancer care close to home in a friendly and caring atmosphere. We have very experienced physicians, nurses, and staff who care about our community. We also remain active in clinical research which we are able to provide through our large network.
Why did you become a doctor?
Being an oncologist is a privilege and great responsibility. We have a very special and trusted relationship with our patients. It is a great honor to provide medical care during a time of great distress. The field of oncology is making continued medical advances, and I enjoy being able to participate in clinical research.
What is your personal philosophy around patient care?
Patient care needs to be personalized to meet medical, social, and family needs. This requires excellent communication and difficult decisions. Patients can tell when their physician cares about them.
