About
Lokesh Bathla, M.D., FACS, is board certified in general surgery. Dr. Bathla has specialty training in hepatobiliary (HPB) surgery. HPB surgery focuses on treating diseases and cancers of the liver, pancreas, gall bladder, and bile ducts.
Prior to joining Texas Oncology, Dr. Bathla worked as a liver transplant and HPB surgeon at Methodist Healthcare System in San Antonio. He has extensive experience in using advanced, minimally invasive, and open surgical techniques to treat cancer and diseases of the liver, pancreas, bile duct, and gall bladder. Dr. Bathla provides thorough evaluations and comprehensive treatment plans in the San Antonio area.
