Her passion for hematology and oncology began during medical school while working alongside a benign hematologist whose mentorship and daily blood smear reviews sparked a lasting fascination with the field. That early experience inspired her to pursue specialized training and a career focused on helping patients navigate complex diagnoses with confidence and understanding.

Dr. Panwar finds the greatest reward in earning her patients' trust during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. She is committed to serving as a steady source of support, guidance, and reassurance, helping patients and their loved ones make informed decisions throughout their treatment journey.

With an education-focused approach to care, Dr. Panwar believes every patient deserves to fully understand their diagnosis, treatment options, and next steps. Outside of medicine, Dr. Panwar enjoys traveling, watching films, gardening, and caring for her growing collection of plants. Most importantly, she cherishes spending time with her family, including her parents, brother, husband, and baby.
