Allen Jacob, M.D.

Dr. Allen Jacob, MD is a highly trained medical oncologist and hematologist who provides comprehensive care for patients with cancer and blood disorders.

A North Texas native, Dr. Jacob completed his fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at the Charles A. Sammons Cancer Center at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, and returned home to serve the community he grew up in. His research spans immunotherapy and targeted therapy in genitourinary cancers, PARP inhibition in advanced prostate cancer, and treatment resistance in lung cancer. His work has been recognized by the Texas Society of Clinical Oncology and presented at prior American Society of Clinical Oncology Annual Meetings.

Dr. Jacob is dedicated to staying ahead of a rapidly evolving field, so that his patients have access to the most effective therapies available to them. He believes no one should have to leave their community to reach the best available care. Dr. Jacob also believes that the science is only part of what heals.
