We use several custom and private AI systems to support your care. A few examples:
Phone Calls: When you call us, a virtual assistant will help connect you to the right team. Just tell the assistant why you are calling (for example: to schedule an appointment or get help with a symptom).
Symptom Reporting: If you opt in to receive text messages, you can receive a secure link that allows you to report symptoms directly to your care team. Our AI system monitors your reported symptoms in real time and may send follow-up questions, helping our team respond faster to your needs.
Documents: Our document management team uses AI to process, identify, and track your medical records, such as imaging, lab results, or release forms.
Clinic Visits: During visits, your physician or advanced practice provider may use a secure AI scribe to take notes. The use of this secure tool allows them to focus on you and spend more time listening, instead of completing paperwork. Every AI note is reviewed and approved by your provider, and only the care team will make medical decisions about your treatment.
