Dr. Kasper is a native Texan whose mother grew up in Houston and father grew up in Austin. He and his wife enjoy attending chamber music and classical guitar concerts as well as plays and musicals. They have two daughters who also are enthusiasts of the arts. Dr. Kasper tries to stay fit by cycling on Saturdays and Sundays and working out with a trainer at least one day a week.
