She provides educational and operational support to Texas Oncology providers in the San Antonio area to ensure high quality genetic care. Previous Clinical Practice

Prior to joining the Texas Oncology GREAT team in 2022, Sara was a clinical science liaison at a genetic testing company. In this role, she helped providers across the state of Texas learn about hereditary cancer and incorporate genetic testing into their clinics to benefit patients and their families. After earning her master's degree, she worked for Sutter Health in California providing genetic counseling for patients in the prenatal, pediatric and oncology settings.
