Theodoros Voloyiannis, M.D., FACS, FASCRS

General Summary

Dr. Ted Voloyiannis is a colon and rectal surgeon in the Houston area and is the chairman of colon and rectal surgery for The US Oncology Network. Dr. Voloyiannis is an active leader in the community and holds positions as the chairman of the National Accredited Program for Rectal Cancer, and physician liaison for the Commission of Cancer at HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake Hospital.

He also serves as the HCA Houston Healthcare regional medical director of complex gastrointestinal surgery, the co- chairman of surgery at HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake Hospital, as well as clinical assistant professor in surgery at University of Texas Houston, Medical School. Dr. Voloyiannis’ philosophy of care is to use cutting-edge technology to provide compassionate, individualized care to each patient he serves.
