  • Gerardo Trillo, M.D., will retire from Texas Oncology effective December 18, 2025.
  • Scott Alan Celinski, M.D., FACS, will retire from Texas Oncology Surgical Specialists effective December 19, 2025.
  • Pamela Medellin, M.D., will retire from Texas Oncology effective December 31, 2025.
  • Christopher Buchanan, M.D., will be leaving Texas Urology Specialists effective February 1, 2026.
