Dr. Rashid Siddiqui is a fellowship-trained urologic oncologist specializing in robotic and minimally invasive surgery for prostate, adrenal, bladder, and kidney cancers. He joined Texas Oncology to provide patients with advanced, personalized care that combines surgical excellence with compassion and understanding.
Dr. Siddiqui completed his prestigious urology residency at Northwestern University in Chicago, followed by a highly competitive fellowship in Robotic Urologic Oncology at the University of Southern California (USC) under the mentorship of world-renowned surgeon Dr. Inderbir (Indy) Gill. He has trained alongside some of the most respected leaders in urology, including Dr. Edward Schaeffer, Dr. William J. Catalona, and Dr. Amy Krambeck.
In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Siddiqui has a strong background in research, including work at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). He has published extensively in leading urologic journals and presented his work at major national and international meetings such as the American Urological Association (AUA) and the European Association of Urology (EAU).
