Jesus Flores, M.D., FACS, FASCRS

Jesus Flores, M.D., FACS, FASCRS, is board certified in colon and rectal surgery. Dr. Flores is recognized for his advanced skills in colorectal robotic surgery. He knows firsthand what it is like having a family member fight cancer, having experienced it with a sibling. Dr. Flores joined Texas Colon & Rectal Specialists in 2016. He is well known for his excellent patient rapport, loyalty to patients, and compassionate patient care. Dr. Flores specializes in performing colonoscopies for screening, diagnostic, and therapeutic purposes. He performs minimally invasive robotic colon and rectal surgeries for diverticulitis, inflammatory bowel disease, and pelvic floor conditions. He also conducts robotic surgeries for a variety of other diseases of the small bowel, colon, rectum, and anus. He is bilingual and fluent in Spanish. He is one of only a few colon and rectal surgeons who speaks Spanish in the Dallas, Frisco, and Plano areas. His office staff is also bilingual in Spanish.

Dr. Flores enjoys traveling, exercising, reading, and spending time with his family back in Southern California. He also likes working in his yard and do-it-yourself home repairs on his properties.
