About
Jennifer K. Lowney, M.D., FASCRS, is board certified in colon and rectal surgery. Dr. Lowney completed her fellowship at the internationally renowned Washington University School of Medicine. She remained in a faculty position before relocating to Dallas.
Dr. Lowney was the first surgeon in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex to complete a transanal endoscopic microsurgery (TEM) using the Wolfe® microscope. She is director of the Texas Colon & Rectal Specialists pelvic floor lab. Dr. Lowney is one of the few area doctors that performs high resolution anoscopy for anal cancer screening and prevention.
