Dr. Burleson is married and has one daughter, along with three English Labrador Retrievers. As a family man, outdoorsman and musician, Dr. Burleson is multifaceted in his interests. Hunting, fishing, snow and water skiing, team sports, golf and scuba are some of his favorite outdoor activities. He balances that with his musical talents which include the trumpet, cornet, and flugelhorn. He is also an instrument rated pilot with hundreds of hours of flight experience now flying a Cirrus SR22T. Born in Vicenza, Italy, he has lived around the world as the son of a US Army officer and Italian mother. Dr. Burleson also speaks conversational Italian.
