About
Dr. Victor Mangona is passionate about working with children, and specializes in pediatric cancers, as well as cancers of the brain and spine in both pediatrics and adults. He completed a fellowship in pediatric radiation oncology at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston and is a member of the Pediatric Radiation Oncology Society. Before pursuing his medical degree, Dr. Victor Mangona worked as a high school science and math teacher. While in Detroit in medical school, he was a violinist for the Detroit Medical Orchestra and a free-lance photographer. Dr. Mangona and his wife, Kate, a pediatric diagnostic radiologist, enjoy photography, dancing, and music.
