Breast Surgery

Overview
About
Raulee Tessa Sirina Morello, M.D., is board certified in general surgery. Dr. Morello was drawn to medicine by a deep desire to help others through both science and human connection. She chose breast surgical oncology because it allows her to be present for women in a meaningful way. From diagnosis through recovery, she helps them move forward with strength. The most meaningful aspect about caring for people with cancer is the connection we build during such a vulnerable time. Dr. Morello values shared decision-making. She gives guidance with both expertise and empathy so they feel supported and empowered every step of the way.
Her approach to care is highly individualized. No two people – or cancers – are the same. It is important to her that each woman's treatment plan reflect her specific needs, values, and goals. She is especially passionate about treating breast cancer because of how deeply it affects every part of a woman's life. It is a privilege to help people with cancer navigate those challenges with clarity, compassion, and hope.
Outside of work, she stays grounded by spending time with her family. She also gets her hands in the dirt – gardening brings her peace and perspective.
