Diana M. Hook, M.D.

Diana M. Hook, M.D., is board certified in general surgery. Dr. Hook is originally from Weatherford, Texas, and obtained her undergraduate degree at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. She attended medical school at The University of Texas Health Science Center Houston and loved it so much she stayed for her general surgery residency. Dr. Hook decided to make a major change and move to the Midwest for her breast surgical oncology fellowship. There she attended Washington University in St. Louis, Mo.
