Dr. Mackey is a Louisiana “Fightin’ Tiger,” who enjoys spending time outdoors, relaxing with her family, listening to live music, and traveling. She is married to a thoracic specialist who also treats cancer and together they have four children: two girls and two boys, as well as their 14-year-old pup. Dr. Mackey decided to relocate to Austin to provide new opportunities for her children and join an amazing group of women at Texas Breast Specialists.

“One of the great things about breast cancer is the community involvement; there are so many wonderful resources for patients and families, and I love being a part of this community!”
