Ann Fry, MSW, PCC, is the founder of The ReGeneration Group, is an executive coach, trainer and (former) psychotherapist who helps corporate clients create a workplace that honors employees. For the past 18 years, she's worked closely with leaders to develop compassion, respect, or what she calls "an employee centric" workplace. Now Ann is expanding this work into the world of cancer and illness. Being a cancer survivor, caregiver and healthcare administrator Ann has gained a 360° view of serious illnesses. This background has enabled her to help companies improve their productivity and help employees become more engaged.
