Inspiring Tomorrow’s Medical Professionals

Texas Oncology’s Dr. Terri Pustilnik, gynecologic oncologist, enjoys finding time to give back to the community she serves.

Recently, she visited Clearbrook High School to meet with and inspire students who want to become the next generation of medical professionals. When asked how long it takes to become a doctor, the students were surprised to find Dr. Pustilnik had her first “real job” at age 36, following four years of medical schools, four years of residency and four years of subspecialty training.

Today, Dr. Pustilnik leads the way in gynecologic robotic-assisted surgeries.
