Gov. Greg Abbott’s executive order loosening certain restrictions on elective surgeries took effect Wednesday. Jeffrey Lamont, M.D., of Texas Oncology Surgical Specialists, appeared on KVIA-TV to discuss the need for surgical procedures for cancer to resume.
