Eating Late at Night Could Put You at Risk for Cancer, Study Finds

Dr. Vivian Cline, medical oncologist with Texas Oncology–Austin Midtown, discusses a new study that found people who don't eat within two hours of going to bed have a 20 percent decreased risk for prostate cancer and breast cancer. The study also found a similar reduction in people who ate before 9 p.m. verses people who ate after 10 p.m.
