Anne Hoang

Senior Vice President, Regional Operations

Anne Hoang leads overall practice operations at Texas Oncology, including pharmacy, revenue cycle management, cancer center services, payer relations, public policy, laboratory services, business development, marketing, and communications.

Hoang’s diverse experience in strategy and operations leadership includes key roles at The US Oncology Network in corporate strategy, business development, strategic planning, and operations. In the eight years prior to joining Texas Oncology, Hoang served as regional senior vice president for practices in California, Oregon and Washington.

Most recently, she led The Network’s national revenue cycle management team through a pivotal transition period, accelerating practice management system implementations from one to four per year, setting the foundation to expand from three to six regional business offices, while achieving record revenue cycle metrics.

Before McKesson, Hoang spent almost a decade in strategy consulting, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, integration, research and development as well commercialization strategies for large biopharma and medical device companies.

Hoang holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and French literature from Swarthmore College, and a master’s of business administration in healthcare management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
