Stephen Sorgen, M.D.

Dr. Sorgen received his M.D. from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana, in 1972. He completed his internship at Charity Hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana, in 1973, and his residency in radiation oncology at the Saroni Tumor Institute at the University of California, San Francisco, California, in 1976.

Dr. Sorgen is a member of the American Society of Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology, American Society of Clinical Oncologists, Texas Medical Association, American College of Radiology, the Texas Radiological Society and the Tarrant County Medical Society. Dr. Sorgeon is the Institutional Principal Investigator for the Radiation Therapy Oncology Group (RTOG). He was listed as a "Top Doc" in Fort Worth, Texas magazine in 2011, 2013 and 2014.
