8/24/2021 - Kelly Moughan credits an injury from her embroidery machine in 2016 for an early diagnosis of triple negative breast cancer. Texas Oncology’s Dr. Sharon Wilks was leading the San Antonio portion of a nationwide trial of an immunotherapy regimen for triple negative patients at the time of Moughan’s diagnosis. Moughan turned out to be a perfect candidate.

Arianna and Dr. Wilks encouraged women to take control of their health, be aware of any changes, and get annual screenings to catch cancer early.
