Dr. Theodoros Voloyiannis’ practice is dedicated to treating both benign and malignant conditions of the colon, rectum and anus, with surgical and non-surgical procedures. His clinical expertise includes the latest advances in colorectal surgery, such as minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery, colonoscopy, and anorectal procedures. He also has a strong interest in single incision laparoscopic colon and rectal surgery.
In addition to malignant surgical treatments of colon, rectal, and anal cancers, he provides screening colonoscopies for colon cancer and rectal cancer, including the removal of precancerous polyps.
Dr. Voloyiannis provides both surgical and non-surgical treatment for non-cancerous conditions, including diverticulitis, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, hemorrhoids, fecal incontinence, rectal prolapse, fistula, fissure, colostomy, and ileostomy.
Dr. Voloyiannis and his team work directly with other Texas Oncology specialists, such as radiation and medical oncologists, so that all treatments – beginning at diagnosis – can be provided within the Texas Oncology network of physicians.
