Also by his side was his nurse Roby Quintela, BSN, RN, of Texas Oncology–El Paso Cancer Treatment Center Joe Battle, a fellow Hodgkin lymphoma survivor with whom Jacob forged a deep bond of friendship as he underwent treatment.
