Cancer affects far more than your body; your psychological and emotional health must also be considered. Texas Oncology offers support groups throughout the state of Texas to offer our patients and their family the support they need.

We offer support groups for ovarian, breast, and colon cancers as well as the Look Better, Feel Better program.
Breast Cancer Support Group
Every 4th Tuesday of the month between 5:30pm and 7:00pm in the reception area on the 1st floor. For more information contact Suzie Gick, RN at 512-427-9456
Colon Cancer Support Group
Every 4th Tuesday of the month between 5:30pm and 7:00pm in the reception area on the 2nd floor. For more information contact Kim Nugent-Anderson at kna@austin.rr.com.
Gynecological Cancers Support Group

Coping with Cancer Support Group for Patients and Caregivers (separate meetings)

Volunteer Programs
We’re pleased to offer an active volunteer program supported with the assistance of trained individuals from the Breast Cancer Resource Center, the American Cancer Society, and Cancer Connection. Please call the center for more information on how to volunteer.
