Yoga Nidra: Yogic Meditation
Join us for this powerful ancient Yogic “sleep meditation” practice where you’ll lay or sit comfortably while the instructor guides you into a deep relaxation state. Nidra means “sleep” but this is no ordinary nap or meditation practice. During the practice of Yoga Nidra, the brain enters wave states associated with restoration in the body, mind, and spirit.
