Scheduling an Appointment:
You may schedule your appointment with Texas Oncology-Paris by calling 903-785-0031.
Before calling to schedule your first appointment with us, please check whether your health insurance provider requires a referral from a primary care physician as a condition for your seeing a cancer specialist. If so, please ask your primary care physician to call us with a referral in advance of making an appointment.

When scheduling your first appointment, please have the following information available, most of which is on your member identification card:
- Name of your insurance company
- Plan number
- Policy number
- Claims-related contact information
Upon receipt of this information, we will verify your insurance coverage and benefits prior to your visit. We will also inform you of any out-of-pocket expenses that may be due upon your visit.

From the north on 271: take a left on loop 286 and go approximately 3 miles. Center is located between the Fish Fry and the Holiday Inn on the right side of the loop.
From the south on 271: take a right on Loop 286 and go approximately 1.5 miles. Go through the intersection of Loop 286 and Pine Mill road, then take the first turn around; center is on the right between the Fish Fry and the Holiday Inn.
From the west on 271: take a left on Loop 286 and go approximately 6 miles; center is on the right between the Fish Fry and the Holiday Day Inn.
From the east on 271: take a right on Loop 286, go approximately .5 miles going through the intersection of Loop 286 and Pine Mill Road, take the first turnaround; center is on the right between the Fish Fry and the Holiday Inn.
Coming in on Highways 19 and 24: take a right on Loop 186 and go approximately 6 miles; after going through the intersection of the Loop 286 and Pine Mill Road take the first turnaround; the center is located on the right between the Fish Fry and the Holiday Inn.
