Texas Oncology-Medical City Dallas Blood and Marrow Transplant is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you call the center at other times and require urgent medical attention, our answering service will take your call and notify your doctor immediately.

Driving directions from the airport: Leave the airport through the north end to I635 going east. After going through the toll gate, watch the signs: your exit will be to the right. You will pass Highway 114. Exit 635 going east. Proceed on 635, past Beltline Rd., McArthur, I-30, Webb Chapel, Marsh, Dallas North Tollway, Montfort, and Preston. The next exit is Hillcrest. Exit from 635 and stay on the service road (do not turn onto Hillcrest). At the first stop sign, turn right onto Park Central. At the first traffic light, turn left onto Merit Drive. Turn into the parking lot that is immediately on your right and park. We are in Professional Building D. Go in the front entrance and to the elevators. The main office is on the 2nd floor, Suite 220.

Emergency and After Hours:
If you are experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency, please call 911 immediately. Upon arrival at the emergency room, ask the staff to call your Texas Oncology physician at:

If you feel that you need an immediate medical consultation or advice regarding a serious condition, do not hesitate to call your Texas Oncology physician at 972-566-7790 (adults) or 972-566-6647 (pediatrics). If you call outside of center hours, our attendant will page a physician on your behalf who will respond quickly. Since it may not be your personal physician who responds to your call, you should be prepared to provide the following information to the attendant on duty:
- Your diagnosis
- Any chemotherapy drugs you are taking
- Your temperature
- The phone number of your pharmacy
Medical Records:
If you or your physician needs copies of your medical records, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. Please contact us at the number below to obtain a release of information (ROI) form or to request more information.
Please include the following information with your request for medical records:
- Name
- Date of birth
- Date of services rendered
- Date of request
- Physician's name
- The nature of your inquiry
