Calling the Office:
We are available for office visits and phone calls in Carrollton on Mondays and Tuesdays 8:30am-5:00 pm, phone calls are forwarded and answered in the Lewisville center Wednesday through Fridays.
If you call the center at other times and require urgent medical attention, our answering service will take your call and notify your doctor immediately.
Emergency & After Hours:
If you are experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency, please call 911 immediately. Upon arrival at the emergency room, ask the staff to call your Texas Oncology physician at 972-394-4368 or 972-459-1300.
If you feel that you need an immediate medical consultation or advice regarding a serious condition, do not hesitate to call your Texas Oncology physician at 972-459-1300. If you call outside of center hours, we will page a physician on your behalf who will respond quickly. Since it may not be your personal physician who returns your call, you should be prepared to provide the following information to the attendant on duty:
