Before calling to schedule your first appointment with us, please check whether your health insurance provider requires a referral from a primary care physician as a condition for your seeing a cancer specialist. If so, please ask your primary care physician to call us with a referral in advance of making an appointment.

When scheduling your first appointment, please have the following information available, most of which is on your member identification card:
- Name of your insurance company
- Plan number
- Policy number
- Claims-related contact information
Upon receipt of this information, we will verify your insurance coverage and benefits prior to your visit. We will also inform you of any out-of-pocket expenses that may be due upon your visit.

Traveling East on I-10 to Texas Oncology-El Paso Cancer Treatment Center Grandview: Traveling east on I-10, take the Dallas St. exit. Turn left on Dallas,
go under the overpass, and continue to Montana St. Turn right on
Montana, continuing to Laurel St. Turn left on Laurel. Laurel will take
you to Texas Oncology-El Paso Cancer Treatment Center. Park in the
upper-level parking lot, which will be on your right.
Traveling West on I-10 to Texas Oncology-El Paso Cancer Treatment Center Grandview: Traveling west on I-10, take the Cotton St. exit (#20). Turn right on
Cotton St. Cross Montana St. At the next light, Arizona St. and
Grandview Av. form a "Y" intersection. Turn left on Grandview,
continuing to Laurel St. Turn right on Laurel. Laurel will take you to
Texas Oncology-El Paso Cancer Treatment Center. Park in the upper-level
parking lot, which will be on your right.

Move to the far left lane, and make a U-turn under the overpass, which will put you on Gateway Blvd. East. Move to the far right lane. The first available street is Coolidge Way. Make a right turn on Coolidge. Texas Oncology-El Paso Cancer Treatment Center East and the parking lot will be on your left.
Traveling West on I-10 to Texas Oncology-El Paso Cancer Treatment Center Gateway: Traveling west on I-10, exit McRae Blvd. You will be on Gateway Blvd. East. Cross McRae Blvd.|Giles St. The first available street is Coolidge Way. Make a right turn on Coolidge. Texas Oncology-El Paso Cancer Treatment Center East and the parking lot will be on your left.
