Education
Dr. Reddy received his medical degree from Sri Venkateswara University, Kurnool Medical College in Kurnool, India. He completed a research fellowship in Medical Oncology at the University of Texas Health Science Center – San Antonio and a pre-residency fellowship in Neurosurgery at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center – Shreveport. Later he completed an internship and residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Hematology and Oncology at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport.
Accolades & Memberships
Dr. Reddy received the Best Resident Researcher of the Year award for Louisiana State University Hospital in 2001. While at Sri Venkateswara University, he received Certificates of Merit for Academic Excellence in Internal Medicine and General Surgery, and a Gold Medal for best clinical performance. Currently, Dr. Reddy is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Society of Hematology, the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the Louisiana Oncology Society. He has published numerous professional manuscripts and presented many abstracts in national and international meetings.
