Thomas T. Hoang, M.D.

Thomas T. Hoang, M.D is trained in all aspects of adult and pediatric urology. He has interest in minimally invasive surgical procedures, including laparoscopic prostate, kidney, and bladder surgery, urologic cancer surgery, and kidney stone disease. He is also a trained practitioner of robotic-assisted surgery. Dr. Thomas Hoang is board certified by the American Board of Urology.

Dr. Hoang was born in Arlington, Virginia. He graduated as valedictorian from Klein Forest High School in Houston and graduated with honors from The University of Texas at Austin where he majored in biology. He received his medical degree at The University of Texas Medical Branch where he also completed his urology residency and served as chief resident. Following residency, Dr. Hoang completed a fellowship in robotic and laparoscopic urology at Caritas St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts under Ingolf A. Tuerk, M.D., Ph.D., a world-renowned expert in laparoscopic and robotic urologic surgery.

Dr. Hoang is affiliated with the American Urological Association, the American Association of Clinical Urologists, Endourological Society and the Texas Urology Society.

Dr. Hoang is married and spends most of his time entertaining his daughter. He enjoys playing tennis, golf and is an avid supporter of the Texas Longhorns.
