Dr. Sheinbein is board certified in radiation oncology by the American Board of Radiology. Dr. Sheinbein practices general radiation oncology but has a special interest in central nervous system, lung, and gastrointestinal malignancies. Additionally, he is trained in highly conformal radiotherapy techniques including intensity-modulated radiation therapy, stereotactic body radiotherapy, and stereotactic radiosurgery.
Dr. Sheinbein completed his Residency in Radiation Oncology at Baylor College of Medicine from 2004-2008, and was Chief Resident from 2007 to 2008. He also completed his Transitional Residency at Austin Medical Education Programs from 2003 to 2004. He obtained his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas from 1999 to 2003. Dr. Sheinbein obtained his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from 1995 to 1999 at the University of Texas at Austin and graduated summa cum laude.

Dr. Sheinbein is a member of the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology and the Texas Medical Association. He is serving a three-year term as treasurer of the Williamson County Medical Society and has previously served as president, president elect, and on the board of censors. He was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society in 2002.
In his free time he enjoys photography, running, traveling, reading and spending time with his family and friends.
