Research Interest

Dr. Lee has a particular interest in ovarian cancer at the molecular level and was awarded an educational grant to investigate ovarian cancer and targeted gene therapy. An ovarian cancer specific promoter was identified and was able to be characterized in vitro and importantly, was applied into translational research with significant promoter activity. Dr. Lee also has multiple articles and abstracts published in peer-reviewed journals with emphasis on endometrial and ovarian cancers.
