Texas Oncology-Baylor Charles A. Sammons Cancer Center Gynecologic Oncology is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you call the center at other times and require urgent medical attention, our answering service will take your call and notify your doctor immediately.

Interstate 35 southbound - Take I-30 eastbound. Exit at Carroll-Peak-Haskell. Turn left on Peak, continuing to Worth Street. Turn left on Worth Street. The cancer center will be on the right.
US Highway 75 (Central Expressway) – Travel south on US Hwy 75. Take exit 1B, Haskell-Blackburn-Fitzhugh. Turn left on Haskell and continue to Worth Street. Turn right on Worth Street. The cancer center will be on the right.
Dallas North Tollway - Travel south on the Dallas Tollway. Merge onto Interstate 35E (after last toll booth). Follow I-35E to Interstate 30 eastbound. Continue on I-30 eastbound, and exit at Carroll-Peak-Haskell. Turn left on Peak and continue to Worth Street. Turn left on Worth Street. The cancer center will be on the right.
From the South: DeSoto, Duncanville, Lancaster, Red Oak, Waxahachie
Interstate 35E – Travel north on I-35E. Take I-30 eastbound. Exit at Carroll-Peak-Haskell. Turn left on Peak, continuing to Worth Street. Turn left on Worth Street. The cancer center will be on the right.
US Highway 67 – Travel north on Hwy 67 to I-35 E. Travel north on I-35E. Take I-30 eastbound. Exit at Carroll-Peak-Haskell. Turn left on Peak, continuing to Worth Street. Turn left on Worth Street. The cancer center will be on the right.
Interstate 45 (Becomes US Hwy 75) – Travel north on I-45 to I-30 eastbound. Exit at Carroll-Peak-Haskell. Turn left on Peak, continuing to Worth Street. Turn left on Worth Street. The cancer center will be on the right.
From the East: Commerce, Garland, Mesquite, Rockwall, Rowlett, Terrell
Interstate 20 – Travel west on I-20 to US Highway 80. Continue on Hwy 80 to Interstate 30 westbound. Follow I-30 westbound to Carroll-Peak-Haskell exit. Turn right on Peak and continue to Worth Street. Turn left on Worth Street. The cancer center will be on the right.
Interstate 30 – Travel west on I-30. Exit at Carroll-Peak-Haskell. Turn left on Peak, continuing to Worth Street. Turn left on Worth Street. The cancer center will be on the right.
From the West: Arlington, Fort Worth, Grand Prairie, Irving, Midcities, Grapevine
Interstate 30 – Travel east on I-30. Exit at Carroll-Peak-Haskell. Turn left on Peak, continuing to Worth Street. Turn left on Worth Street. The cancer center will be on the right.
Texas Highway 114 – Travel east on Hwy 114 and merge with Texas Highway 183. Merge again with Interstate 35E and travel south to Interstate 30 eastbound. Follow I-30 eastbound to Carroll-Peak-Haskell exit. Turn left on Peak and continue to Carroll-Peak-Haskell exit. Turn left on Peak and continue to Worth Street. Turn left on Worth Street. The cancer center will be on the right.
Texas Hwy 183 – Travel east on Hwy 183 and merge to I-35E. Continue on I-35E and I-30 eastbound. Exit Carroll-Peak-Haskell. Turn left on Worth Street. The cancer center will be on the right.
Interstate 20 – Travel east on I-20 and take US Hwy 67 north to merge with Interstate 35. Continue on I-35E. Exit I-30 eastbound. Exit Carroll-Peak-Haskell. Turn left on Worth Street. The cancer center will be on the right

Emergency and After Hours:
If you are experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency, please call 911 immediately. Upon arrival at the emergency room, ask the staff to call your Texas Oncology physician at 214-370-1000.
If you feel that you need an immediate medical consultation or advice regarding a serious condition, do not hesitate to call your Texas Oncology physician at 214-370-1000. If you call outside of center hours, our attendant will page a physician on your behalf who will respond quickly. Since it may not be your personal physician who responds to your call, you should be prepared to provide the following information to the attendant on duty:
• Your diagnosis
• Any chemotherapy drugs you are taking
• Your temperature
• The phone number of your pharmacy
Medical Records:
If you or your physician needs copies of your medical records, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. Please contact us at the number below to obtain a release of information (ROI) form or to request more information.
Please include the following information with your request for medical records:
• Name
• Date of birth
• Date of services rendered
• Date of request
• Physician’s name
• The nature of your inquiry
